On your arrival

On your arrival in France, the CMI is also here to help you for all procedures. Computers with an internet connexion are available on site, you can also have an appointement with a team member to help you with the needed procedures. The CMI works with the prefecture of Rennes so all documents are correctly filled, transmitted and handled.
There is an office where you can be helped to apply for your residence permit.
The CMI has preferential contact with some owners and some residences to help you finding an accomodation. They support you to do your application for an appartment, to find the guarantors and to avoid scams.

The CMI also organised events to welcome international students and to ease their integration. The main event is the International students' day which takes place on the begining of each academic year - in September. Visit of the historic city center of Rennes, games, gifts or information points are on the agenda of this day.
